HOW WE WORK & WHAT TO EXPECT.
Everything you need to know before we get started.
PROJECT KICKOFF
Every project begins with a 50% upfront payment of the total agreed amount. No work will commence without this confirmed payment. The remaining 50% (final balance) is to be paid before the final delivery of files or website launch. Upon kickoff, acceptance of the proposal, timelines, and work policy will be confirmed in writing.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery times are defined in each service package or agreed upon in writing with the client at the start of the project. Timeframes run on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). The delivery time starts counting upon confirmation of the upfront payment and the receipt of all necessary materials from the client. Delays in the delivery of materials by the client may affect the agreed timelines.
RUSH JOBS
Projects requiring delivery in a shorter timeframe than the standard will incur an additional rush fee. Rush requests for 25–50% less time than normal: +25% on top of the project total. Rush requests for over 50% less time: +50% on top of the total. Availability for rush jobs is subject to the studio's schedule.
REVISIONS AND CHANGES
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are quoted separately. Revisions must be sent in a consolidated format — we do not process fragmented changes across multiple messages. Changes that imply modifying the original creative direction are considered a new concept and will be quoted separately.
FILES AND DELIVERABLES
Source or editable files are not delivered under any circumstances — no Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or project files from any software used. The client receives only the final deliverables defined in the proposal. Final files are delivered once the project is 100% paid.
USAGE AND CREDITS
Playground Studio reserves the right to use the completed work in its portfolio, social media, and marketing materials, unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed by both parties. Mention or credit to the studio in the client's publications is appreciated but not required.
CANCELLATIONS
If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the 50% upfront payment is non-refundable. If the cancellation occurs when more than 50% of the project has been completed, a proportional percentage of the work done will be charged. Playground Studio reserves the right to cancel a project if the client breaches the agreed terms.
COMMUNICATION
Official project communication will be conducted through the channel agreed upon at the start. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Messages outside these hours will be answered on the next business day. The client is requested to designate a single person as the point of contact to avoid contradictory instructions.
